The Department of Revenue welcomes you to attend the public hearing to give testimony on the proposed WFTC rule. This proposed rule clarifies eligibility requirements and program administration standards, including application submission procedures for the Working Families Tax Credit.

Since the previous CR-102 filing earlier this year, the Department of Revenue has removed the photo ID requirement from the proposed rule and has updated the rule language to provide additional technical clarification. Please read the updated proposed WFTC rule draft on the Department’s website.
