Live Feedback Sessions for Applicants

Department of Revenue (DOR) is hosting live feedback sessions for applicants and tax preparers (professional and volunteer) to share their experience applying for the Working Families Tax Credit.

We want to know:

• What worked well when applying for the credit?
• What was the biggest challenge?
• How did you communicate with DOR or get support/info?
• How did you find out about the credit?

These live feedback sessions will be held virtually via zoom. Pre-registration is required. Register here

If you are unable to attend a live feedback session, we still want to hear from you. You are welcome to complete this questionnaire.

Spanish interpreters will be available at all sessions. If you need accessibility accommodations or additional language support, please include the request in your registration.
