Due to the record number of applications received, processing times currently exceed 90 days. To increase capacity, our phone center hours are modified on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon starting Oct. 1. During those afternoons, agents will focus solely on processing applications and issuing refunds as quickly as possible.
